UX Designer

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in UX design supported with portfolios and case studies
• Profound understanding of User-Centered Design and User Experience Design
• Creating wireframes feels natural to you
• Proficiency in methodologies such as Design Thinking, Design Sprints, User Research, and User Testing
• Skilled in using industry-standard tools like Figma
• Collaborative mindset; we value teamwork!
• Experience in both agile and waterfall environments
• Independent and proactive; we encourage autonomy
• Motivated by simplifying the world's complexities
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills; all presentations will be conducted in English
• Regular design critiques for constructive feedback among team members
• Adherence to our organization's design guidelines and best practices to maintain consistency and alignment with our goals
